Executive Producer

Is an executive producer and director providing a successful track-record developing and producing TV series, documentaries, live events, films, commercials, music videos, web series, brand messaging, and digital content. She has worked with graphic and design firms such as Visual Goodness and the Rockwell Group, and multiple agencies including Ogilvy One Advertising, where she managed print and digital campaigns for Nestlé, PONDS, Unilever, and TD Ameritrade. Her work has aired on networks such as CBS, VH1, MTV, Court TV, TV One, HBO, Discovery Home, BET, Telemundo, and the digital platforms COPA90 and theRoot.

Michele has produced programming from the ground up, creating TV shows like “TV One’s Live DNC After Party”, a live nightly news and talk show covering the DNC presidential nomination; crafting the award-winning, Emmy nominated food show “Inner Chef” featuring Marcus Samuelsson on Discovery Home; as well as leading non profit impact programs such as One Nation One Project. She has produced and directed unique World Cup social media campaigns for Telemundo and COPA90.com, as well as crafted a pilot talk show for the Madam Noir platform. As the producer and director brought in to update the look and feel of the financial lifestyle show “Bring it to the Table”, hosted by Harriette Cole for TheRoot.com, the audience engagement increased by more than 200% and sponsors increased the buy from 16 to 64 episodes.

Her storytelling and TV expertise began in the newsroom of CBS WBBM-TV and The Oprah Show. She gained more experience casting for TV and working with amazing directors on films, commercials and music videos. She has produced several major projects for VH1; managed the production of critically acclaimed Micheal Moore series “The Awful Truth”; and directed sit down and red-carpet interviews for HBO & BET, obtaining exclusive interviews with A-list talent: Oprah Winfrey, Michael Jordan, Morgan Freeman, John Cusack, Halle Berry, Faye Dunaway, and Cuba Gooding Jr.

Michele’s passion is creating smart entertaining content for individuals, networks, foundations, and organizations. She’s a strategic thinker with brand, marketing, and media production expertise.
